About me
Hi, I’m Adam Rosicki – PMP Project Manager and practical AI Implementation Consultant with over 12 years of international experience including delivering strategic global programs that create real business impact.
For the past 3+ years I’ve been Program Manager for Google Cloud GTM, where I design and execute high-impact initiatives for 14,000+ employees across 5 regions.
These experiences showed me how powerful the combination of practical AI tools and strong project management can be when they work together.

Led the design and execution of a recognition program for 14,324 Googlers. Built AppSheet + Gemini AI solution that processed 600-700 nominations per cycle and automated executive reporting. Result: Centralized governance for 13+ Leadership Teams and measurable increase in employee engagement.
Appsheet Nomination & Leadership Portal
Designed and optimized the AppSheet nomination tool and leadership portal used by thousands of employees. Result: Dramatically streamlined the decision-making process and reduced administrative burden for leadership teams.
Bizzaltitude Enterpreneurs Network
Founded and managed network of 300+ entrepreneurs in Ireland; created 30+ networking events and trainings. Outcome: Strong community building and business development support.
REWS Agile Seating Data Management
Managed GTM data updates and coordination for the global REWS Agile Seating project. Ensured accurate, real-time data flow between GTM inputs and facilities systems (Tririga). Result: Significant improvement in office space allocation and operational efficiency across multiple regions.
Executive communication & Leadership Summits
Coordinated the Cloud Summit in Warsaw and multiple Country Leader summits + 25+ strategic 1:1 meetings between VIP customers and C-level leaders. Result: Strengthened global alignment and collaboration at the highest level.
